Neapolitan Thickshake

INGREDIENTS

STRAWBERRY LAYER
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 100ml plant based milk (we used soy milk)
VANILLA LAYER
  • 1/4 cup cashews soaked
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100ml plant based milk
  • Generous sprinkle of ground vanilla bean
CHOCOLATE LAYER
  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 100ml plant based milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp cacao powder

Blend the ingredients of each layer separately.

Start with strawberry and carefully poured into your LIFT flask.

Put the flask in the fridge while you make the next layer.

Once you've made the three layers and poured them into the flask then it's ready to drink straight away!

If you want to make it thicker then use more frozen fruit and less milk (and a good blender!). Then it will be like ice cream!
