Do you ship Fressko's overseas?

We do. However, there are limitations in some countries. Please refer to the shipping section under each product for more details. To ship outside of Australia you need to shop from the global store. madebyfressko.com

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. These are usually AUS POST and DHL.

Tracking my order.

You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

How do I use my coffee cup lid correctly?

  • Ensure the spout is open while securing the lid.

  • Tighten the lid firmly, wait a few seconds, then give it another twist to ensure it’s fully secure. 

  • Once the lid feels tight, close the spout.

Tip: Adding boiling water and closing the spout will maintain heat but also build pressure inside the cup. Always open the spout carefully when your Fressko contains hot liquid, and ensure it’s kept upright to avoid any leaks. 

Cleaning my Fressko.

Coffee cup lids and flask lids - These can be cleaned in the dishwasher if placed on the top rack to avoid excessive heat damage.

Coffee cup and flask bodies - although possible we recommend hand washing the cup and bottle bodies to prolong the slip-proof base and avoid heat damage on the colour-coated surface. If you do choose to use a dishwasher keep in mind that any marks on the cup or bottle body that may occur from extra hot washes or the deterioration of the non-slip base are not covered under warranty as hand washing is recommended.

Glass flask body - Can be cleaned in the dishwasher but as it is glass, handle with care.

Bamboo lids - bamboo must be hand-washed and should not be left wet. Towel dry after each wash.

Should I microwave my Fressko?

No. These items are not designed to be microwaved. Stainless steel is NOT microwave-safe. Please note that stainless steel is present in the ceramic range, therefore are NOT microwave safe.

What materials do you use?

We have made every effort to source and provide products that are good for you and good for the environment, while also maintaining quality and durability so that your Fressko will stand the test of time.

Each item is BPA-free, non-toxic and recyclable.

Where are Fressko's made?

The Fressko range is designed in Melbourne, Australia and is responsibly assembled in China.

We work closely alongside reputable factories specialising in glass, bamboo and stainless steel, in safe and fair pay environments.

Are Fressko's for hot and cold drinks?

Absolutely! All Fressko's are designed to suit both hot and cold drinks.

Heat retention per item:

STAINLESS STEEL FLASKS - up to 6 hours depending on use and type of lid used ( sip or infuser lid )

GLASS FLASKS - up to 3 hours dependent on use

COFFEE CUP - up to 3 hours dependent on the use

What is a tea infuser?

The Fressko tea infuser filter is a food-grade stainless steel device that pops nicely into your Fressko and allows the tasty liquid to pass through the tiny holes without letting any of the pips, leaves or fruits through.

It’s what makes a Fressko the most versatile, high-quality flask on the market.

Are the lids interchangable?

The Fressko sip lid is compatible with the 660ml MOVE and the 1L CORE flasks. They will not fit the older style 500ml flasks so please check which product you own.

Bamboo lids are only suitable for the glass range.

Are Fressko's leakproof?

FLASKS - yes. The silicon seal on the inside of the lid is what makes it leakproof so remember to replace the seal after cleaning.

CUPS - we say our coffee cups are 'spill-proof' instead of ‘leakproof’ because to be leakproof you need to use the lid according to the instructions ( releasing steam etc ) We cannot control how this lid is used so we say spill-proof instead.

If you feel that you are using the lid correctly and have checked the seal is in place but are having leaking issues, please contact customer service to discuss possible product faults.

Please always use discretion when placing your cup in your bag or with valuables.

What is the difference between stainless steel and ceramic?

Other than the materials used, the difference is purely personal preference. Ceramic has a more premium look and feel however there is no difference in the function or quality of the cups.

What does the number on my cup lid refer to?

There are varying numbers on the inside of some of our items. These relate to batch numbers and not to the materials used.

I have an issue. What are your warranty terms?

Returns or refunds apply to the following situations:

Faulty Goods: 
If you have received a faulty or unusable product, we are happy to offer a replacement of the same product or a full refund, including shipping. 

Note: Minor blemishes in the paint finish are not considered faults.

Change of Mind & Returns:
If you’ve ordered the wrong colour or size, we may offer store credit for the purchase amount (excluding shipping), at Fressko’s discretion.

For approved returns, items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Time Frame:
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Returns must be arranged within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our Guarantee:
We take pride in the quality of our products and offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty for peace of mind.

I bought my Fressko from a retail store - what should I do?

If you bought your Fressko from a store or retailer (not our online store) and have a question about the warranty, the best next step is to reach out to that store directly. They’ll be able to assist you in line with their purchase and returns process.

Of course, if you need help or aren't sure where to start, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to point you in the right direction.

I can't wait - how long will my Fressko take to arrive?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive with standard shipping. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days with standard shipping. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. As with all freight, including post, delays can unfortunately occur but from our side, we try and be as efficient as possible.

I've changed my mind. What do I do?

Please review your order before placing it as we do not offer changes once your order is confirmed.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I update it before the order ships?

If you notice a mistake with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your parcel hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update the details for you.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes can no longer be made. If the parcel is returned to us, a re-delivery fee will apply, and we’ll send you an invoice before it can be shipped again.

Discount codes

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and can’t be applied after your order is placed— please make sure to add yours before completing your purchase.

Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes don't apply to sale items, bundle packs, limited edition products, gift cards, or during sales periods, and they can’t be combined with other offers.

Can I write anything I want?

There are character limits depending on the size and position of your text, per product. Fressko has the right to deny any profanities or text we deem inappropriate.

Will the text come off?

No, the personalisation is laser engraved which means it will last forever.

Can I add emoji's?

Not at this stage. We offer a selection of great fonts!

Will my personalised order take longer to ship?

We aim to get your personalised order out within 3 days of receiving the order. Your entire order will be shipped together if you have included non-personalised items.

Can I engrave my glass flask?

At this stage, we only offer personalisation on the stainless steel or ceramic items. Branding of glass products is only available for bulk wholesale orders.
