Ginger Spice
INGREDIENTS
- 250ml almond mylk
- 1/4 cup sweet potato puree ( canned or home made )
- 2 tsp spice blend ( ginger, turmeric ) we used Golden Grind
- 1 frozen banana ( small )
- 1tsp honey or maple syrup
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice if the banana was not frozen. Enjoy.
To make SWEET POTATO PUREE
- Take 1/4 cup diced and peeled sweet potato.
- Boil unto soft.
- Place in blender and blend until smooth.
