Ginger Spice

INGREDIENTS

  • 250ml almond mylk
  • 1/4 cup sweet potato puree ( canned or home made )
  • 2 tsp spice blend ( ginger, turmeric ) we used Golden Grind
  • 1 frozen banana ( small )
  • 1tsp honey or maple syrup

Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice if the banana was not frozen. Enjoy.

To make SWEET POTATO PUREE
  • Take 1/4 cup diced and peeled sweet potato.
  • Boil unto soft.
  • Place in blender and blend until smooth.
