Speckled Blueberry Almond Mylk
INGREDIENTS
- 100ml blueberries (small handful)
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 250ml almond mylk
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
METHOD
Blend blueberries and yoghurt together. As this is a small quantity, if your blender doesn’t pick the blueberries and yoghurt up add a dash of almond milk.
Pour mixture around the insides of your flask.
If using honey to sweeten the almond milk, blend milk and honey for a few seconds. Pour into your infuser flask.
Place lid on securely and give a shake.
