Matcha Maiden, Almond and Banana Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of almonds, soaked in water overnight
- 1 ½ teaspoon Matcha Maiden powder
- 4 dates
- ½ cup chilled water
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add to your flask, top with water (or almond milk if you have it) if flask is not full.
