- 2x 8cm shoots of fresh lemongrass, halved lengthwise
- 2cm knob of ginger, sliced
- Hot water form the kettle (just below boiling)
Add lemongrass and ginger to your flask and fill with hot water.
Screw in the top part of the 2 in 1 infuser (this keeps the bits of lemongrass and ginger in the flask while you sip).
Add the lid, agitate and allow to cool and infuse before drinking.
