Winter Warmers for your Fressko

In the southern hemisphere, we are well and truly in the thick of winter. And with bunkering down and feeling good on the top of our agenda at the moment, we like to think of as many hearty, warming recipes as we can to enjoy at home.

Hot teas, coffees and hot water infusions ideas are aplenty these days with combinations including everything from spices, veggies and fruits to a cheeky snifter of booze. Soups and broths are up there on our ‘getting cozy’ agenda too and have been a winter staple dating back to 20,000 BC. (1)

So, pop a wooly jumper on, light the fire, warm up the stove, boil the kettle, whatever you need to get cracking on some of our favourite winter warmers!
