Warranty and Returns

Returns or refunds apply to the following situations:

Faulty goods: If you have received an unusable or faulty product we will offer a full refund including shipping costs. Goods must be deemed faulty by Fressko Customer Service - photo proof will be required.

Unsuitable goods: If you have ordered the wrong colour or size, we may offer you a store credit ( at Fressko's discretion ) for the purchase amount – less shipping. If you are requested to return your item it must be returned in an unused, sellable condition and shipping is at the customer's expense.

Full refunds are not given for change of mind. Please contact customer service before returning an item. hello@madebyfressko.com
