Have been using this bottle since getting it in December and the glass inside shattered after I had rinsed the bottle.

As it was within the 12 month warranty period, I contacted customer service, however did not have the original purchase receipt, but showed them a copy of the transaction on my bank statement. They weren’t able to accept this, and could not explain to me why the inside of the bottle shattered even though I had followed the correct cleaning instructions. Their only explanation was that glass needs to be handled with extra care.

Remember to keep your receipts in the event that you need it for warranty purposes.

Love this. Nice to infuse my water with my own fresh fruit. Can’t wait for summer.
