Love this reusable cup! It keeps my coffee hot soft so long and doesn’t change the flavor like many other metal reusable cups. Would definitely recommend!

When this cup turned up, unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the lid leading to it insufficiently sealing. I sent a message explaining this (late at night I might add), and was instantly met with a friendly and caring response. Within 5 minutes I recieved a tracking notification for a replacement lid and was apologised to profusely. This company has A1 customer service and incredible quality. Even with the initial hiccup that was no fault of their own, I still rate this product 5 stars!

As a busy mum of 2 it's important that I have a travel cup that I can rely on for durability, reusability and quality to keep my much needed coffee hot. These cups tick all the boxes and I will always buying more! Who needs coffee cups when this cup ticks all the boxes!
