Victoria Beckham’s Morning Smoothie


  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Small hand full of Spinach
  • 1/4 Broccoli
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds

*this is the method we used - ingredient amounts can be changed to taste


Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz.

Pour into your flask and enjoy!
