Festive Hot Chocolate Bombs

Ingredients

  • 200g Good quality dark/semi-sweet chocolate

  • 4 tbsp Good quality hot chocolate powder

  • 4 tbsp mini marshmallows/sprinkles

  • 200ml Milk of your choice

Method

  1. Put 8 silicone sphere moulds on a flat surface.

  2. Gently melt the chocolate, and coat the inside of the moulds using a teaspoon. Refrigerate for approximately 10 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.

  3. Remove moulds from fridge and fill any thinner parts of the spheres with more melted chocolate, ensuring there is enough left over for piping.

  4. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes, until the chocolate has hardened.

  5. Once cooled and hardened, carefully remove the chocolate from the moulds.

  6. Fill 4 of the half spheres with 1 tbsp hot chocolate powder and 1tbsp mini marshmallows.

  7. Re-melt the remaining chocolate and pour it into a piping bag. Pipe around each half sphere and press together to "glue" them together. Decorate tops with piped chocolate and sprinkles. Store in the fridge until ready to use.

  8. Heat your milk of choice.

  9. Fill your Fressko Insulated Coffee Cup ¾ full with milk and drop in a hot chocolate bomb.

  10. Stir to combine.

  11. Enjoy.
