Ceremonial Cacao


  • 40g ceremonial grade cacao,

  • 3/4 cup of boiled water

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Grate or shave the cacao paste - this will be easier with cold hands.

  2. Add to a saucepan of boiling water. 

  3. Stir to combine and melt cacao through water and let it simmer for 3 minutes once melted, whisking mix occasionally.

  4. Once melted, remove the saucepan from the heat.

  5. Now taste, if the mix is too strong add a little more water.

  6. Add to your Fressko TOUR 400ml Infuser Flask and enjoy.


Tips: Feel free to use milk in place of the water for a creamier Cacao drink.

Sweeten with 1 tbsp maple syrup if you have a sweeter tooth.

For a flavour alternative add the zest of one orange.
