Bullet Proof Coffee


  • 1 cup of freshly brewed espresso coffee

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 teaspoons of MCT Oil


1. Combine the ingredients in a blender and mix for about 20-30 seconds or until foamy.

2. Pour into your Fressko reusable cup or glass flask, layering the foam on top, like a latte.

3. Take care to use a blender that is designed for blending hot liquid.

4. Enjoy.
