Bubble Tea
INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 Tbsp Hot Water

1/4 cup Dark Brown sugar

4 black tea bags
-
2 cups Hot water
-
1/2 cup Quick cook tapioca pearls (cook in 5 mins packs)

Milk, of your choice, to serve
METHOD:
- Add the 2 ½ Tbsp of water and sugar to a small bowl and stir until combined. Set aside, then steep the tea bags in the hot water for 20 mins.
- Bring the second measure of water (2 cups) to a boil in a saucepan and add tapioca pearls, stirring until they float to the top, then cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Once the pearls are soft, drain, then add them to the sugar mix.
- Stain the tea. Let cool.
- Divide the pearl/sugar mix into two Fressko flasks. Add a few ice cubes followed by 3/4 cup of tea mix.
- Top with milk.
Add more milk or sugar mix if needed for desired taste.
Use a large bubble tea straw to drink.
Serves two in a Rise 300ml Fressko Flask
