Biscoff Milkshake

Biscoff Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Lotus Biscoff Spread

  • 2 lotus Biscoff biscuits

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1 cup milk, chilled

  • ​2 lotus biscuits, crushed/chopped

  • can of whipped cream

Method

  1. Add lotus biscoff spread, lotus biscoff biscuits, ice cream, and milk into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the milkshake into your Fressko flask or Venti Tumbler

  3. Top with whipped cream and crushed biscuit crumbles.

  4. ​Head outdoors and enjoy!

  5. Pour milk into both  Fressko Cups and stir to combine, and carry them with you on your Trick or Treat adventures.

  6. *Notes:

    1. If you don’t have access to an espresso machine, use strongly brewed filter coffee.

    2. If you are using an espresso machine, simply add milk and mixed spices to a milk jug and steam to combine, and sweeten as desired.

    3. If making your own puree, you can use roasted pumpkin from your jack o lantern; however, butternut pumpkin is ideal for texture and sweetness.
