Love my drink bottle

The drink bottle is absolutely fantastic. Sturdy, and keeps everything. The only disappointing aspect was the shipping. I had ordered in April with express shipping and did not receive my order until mid-May. It took numerous emails on my part before I finally got some answers and received my products.

I want to praise the awesome customer service team who helped me replace an older model. I love this bottle, the colour is gorgeous! I've now bought the sip lid and love it even more. If anything, I'd say the coating is very smooth so it could slip easily from your fingers. At least when it's so fresh and new :)
