Turmeric Latte

  • 350 ml milk or plant milk of choice
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • 1 generous grind of black pepper
  • 1-2 small slices of fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp honey (or more to taste)
  • Small pinch of salt


Put all ingredients into a small saucepan and stir over a gentle heat.

Once heated to your liking, pour into your flask and use filter to hold in ginger and enjoy!
