Moroccan Style Mint Tea

Serves 2


  • 1 tbsp Chinese gunpowder green tea leaves
  • 1 large handful of fresh spearmint leaves 
  • 4 cups of water
  • 3 to 4 tbsp sugar


Put the tea into the 2 in 1 filter of 2 flasks, and fill the flasks with boiling water.

Secure lid.

Turn both flasks upside down a few times.

Take the filters out but retain tea leaves in them.

Discard water from the flasks and replace with spearmint and sugar.

Put the filters with rinsed tea-leaves back in place and fill again with boiling water.

Put the lids back on and steep for 5 minutes. Enjoy with a friend!
