- 1/3 cup cashew nuts
- handful of frozen raspberries (or mixed berries)
- small Handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup almond milk, chilled
- 1 ½ teaspoons of LSA
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
