Choc Mint Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large banana
  • small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 250ml chilled rice milk
  • 1 scoop plant-based chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

METHOD

Blend all ingredients except cacao nibs in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Add cacao nibs and pulse blender for 1-2 seconds.

Pour into your flask and top with rice milk as needed.
