Cardamom Milk

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250mL cups milk
  • 2 cardamom pods, crushed
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

METHOD:

1. In a small pot, add milk and cardamom. (and honey, if using.)
2. Bring to a simmer and whisk to combine. 
3. Reduce the temperature to low and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
4. Pour into your Insulated Fressko flask or cup of choicestraining the cardamom pods through the 2-in-one infuser, then remove.
5. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top.
6. Enjoy!

Note: Adjust amount of cardamom to your own taste.
